Monday, May 23, 2005 ( studying @ 4:36 pm ) i know that lots of people have already watched this show. guess why i dun wanna watch. Reasons why i dun like tragic shows: I dun wanna see the harsh realities of life shown i dun wanna cry i dun wanna see things i avoid in real life i dun wanna be sad i know that i am a realist or a pessimist, but i still like to stay in my cocoon. i dun like to cry in public, which is what i will do if i watch star wars, especially when anakin have to fight with obiwan. i avoid watching titanic for so long, because i dun want to see how the woman clung to her love. and i know i will cry... i actually watched the Perfect Storm on tv because i thought that it was just a show. and it started all right in the beginning, so i didn't suspect a thing. but after that, when the storm started, i ran away from the television because i obstinately didn't want to see all the people die in the sea. i know i can't escape all these realities of life, but at least, let me be secure in the knowledge that i can avoid it. i admit, i avoid things until i really have to confront it. i know it's stupid, but it's me... now, my parents are making laksa. i think it's very nice the way they bought those packets of sauce and make all these food for us. taste nice too. haha. exeunt. 0 comments |
