( flaws @ 9:24 am )

everyone has flaws. no, i didn't just realize that. i learned this hard cruel fact in primary school. and don't ask me how i learned it. primary school is supposed to be a place of fun, and easy learning. and for me, it was indeed that. however, what i also learned was not to grow too dependent on one friend. i may look like i'm often dependent, but seriously? i just felt that you know, i just behave like someone who speaks lots of nonsense, and comes out with insights only once in a while. the nonsense part is partly deliberate, but the insights, it's true. sad me right? a friend once told me that i will grow up to be self-opinionated, and i feel that it's a good thing, but also a bad thing. i'm not assertive, i won't say what i object to, what i want to say everytime. i let nature take its course. but frankly, sometimes i'm afraid to give my opinions coz i seem to think in a different direction.

anyway, on to the topic of self-opinionated. alex once told me that being self-opinionated is bad. giving your ideas forcefully, and making sure everyone listens. hey, it has the quality of leadership, but i also think he's right. when people are too self-opinionated...i dunno, i think that they won't accept losing an argument from a friend, but they will accept it during a competition, since it's something of authority. i sometimes feel, if i have a self-opinionated friend, what would i do? perhaps, sometimes, i would be afraid to say what i really want to say coz of fear of offending them. nah...if they are so easily offended, i wouldn't want them either. perhaps, i would always lose in arguments? :) the only arguments i ever won was with my brother, coz i can hurt him however i want and he's still my brother. besides, he does the same thing to me: arguing.

i actually have a hot temper. whenever i see people doing things i don't like, things i don't want them to do, i'll start boiling with resentment. then i argue with my brother. honestly? i think arguing with my brother is a good outlet of frustration.

3x3eunt.
