thank goodness i didn't have classes, so i was able to read up on the stuff i needed to know.

but ohhhhh my goodness, in the end, i didn't really get into the mood of the competition until my turn was completely over, and my competitor started asking so many questions in cross-examination.

i was like, 'shit, oh no! i should have just asked all the questions i want to ask!'

but it was quite okay i guess. haha. the judge kinda said that both of us were fantastic, which i found difficulty believing, because while i agree that my competitor was fantastic, i was like, oh gosh, i did so lousily, and it's still called fantastic?

yeah, but i guess it's because it was our first round at the competition, and both of us were total beginners.

but ohhhh my goodness, my witness was so not prepared! i was like, oh shit, then i started trying not to laugh, so i was supposed to keep a straight face throughout but i couldn't contain my smile, so yeah, i think the judge was like, haha. 

but oh well, we will be getting our score sheets on monday, and i hope that i didn't get a huge difference between me and my competitor, but seriously, she did so well, i think it wouldn't make a difference. 

haha, but i'm kinda glad i lost, because although it might help me if i want to get straight into law, but i have a feeling i will always have to book one day for this, and i was like, alright, i know i lost, yeah, i don't mind. otherwise i have to book one day for it, i cannot foresee this happening too often.

and it was quite cute the way my friends tried to tell me i did great. 

but one of them help me write down my weak points, and they were like, talked too fast(shit, i needed to start talking slower when i'm nervous), asked leading questions( i had no idea what they were, so it didn't really help), interrupted my witness( HAHA, this was the funniest one, because my witness was giving the wrong answer and i was like, what are you saying? so i quickly asked the question more specifically, which ended in me interrupting the witness, and the cross examination one, because if she continued on saying the evidence, i have no idea how to follow up, so i quickly asked the next question, and yeah, shit. =p) 

and i kept objecting too, turns out i could have objected a bit more, but i didn't know what reason i should use. so it was quite stupid.

but overall, i would say that this competition is fun, and i quite like it, and i am definitely going to join the next one. haha.

but after the competition, i could finally relax. yay, so i went to my friend's place to eat dinner and watch a movie with them. well, we kinda watch 'garden state' at first, but one of them couldn't take the guy continuously stoning in the movie, so we switched to 'fight club', like my gosh, the show was disgusting. seriously. blood was supposed to be red, but they used purple, and i was like, oh my goodness, that is so weird. 

i'm not going to spoil the movie for anyone who wants to watch it, but i seriously felt that it was not my type, though i think most people will be like, this is gooood...

haha. not my type.
