i am so tired i don't know what to do. i can't sleep, coz everytime i sleep, i will be too lazy to get up to do my work. 

psyching myself doesn't work any much more than it used to work. 

and exams start in exactly seven days. 

examinations anticipation...sucks the most. especially when you are unprepared.
