i think running on wednesday, friday and today was not a good idea because after the run today, i only had strength to make it to the kitchen to get a glass of water. 

ken had gone on to run another round, and when he came back and went to the kitchen to get water, he jumped when he saw me. HE ACTUALLY JUMPED!!

and his explanation was 'i thought you were a ghost, your face was all blue'. 

HA. HA. HA. 

at that time he said that, i had a pounding headache and tired limbs and a cup of water was beside me, which i didn't have the energy to hold. 

i think....after the last few days...i kinda realised i'm not exactly normal in the health area. 

oh well, my lifeline is long. not normal not normal lorh. 

i live long i know that can already.
