zoe once said that she wished all of us could have the same bond we had last year. i wished it too. but times have changed. nothing's redeemable, particularly people. 

it's no use hanging on to the past. but i find myself wanting to, even though it still slips through my fingers like sand. 

i love my present life though. it's all i have. and even if there are some things i cannot help, or some things i have already done that has adverse effects, i won't regret it. 

so i guess, what must be left behind must be left behind. there's no other way otherwise. 

and i never ever want to find myself caught in the vicious cycle that i'm in now. i want to leave this behind.
