me: wow, Tiana, whose handwriting is this? it's soo neat!

Tiana: beckyyyy!! (in her 'grr' tone)

turns out it was my handwriting. 

Outside Poppos Korean and Japanese Restaurant

Tiana: Q recommended this place to K and i before.

Me: huh....is it? so do you want to try it? or should we go taka?

Tiana: it's up to you. 

Me: ok, you are poppos and i'm taka. (starts doing ee ni mi ni my ni mo)

Tiana: let's just do scissors paper rock. 

Me: (gave up) ok. (plays) I WIN!! Taka it is. 

on the way to Taka (5 steps away from Poppos)

Me: hmmm...actually, it would be good to try something new right? and it's only different by $1. 

Tiana: (laughs) ok, let's go Poppos then. 

so we walked back. 

When tiana's dish came, we stared at it in absolute silence. 

me: you can't finish that right?

tiana shakes her head slowly: you can help me eat some!!

me: no thank you. but next time we order something like that, i think we should share. 

tiana: YES! pinky promise? (held out her pinky)

me: pinky promise (spied the old man sitting beside tiana trying not to laugh)

tiana: i'm a kid at heart i know.

on the way back to the library, we were both trying to figure out how 'so what' by pink goes. so there we were, going 'nananana' in random horrible sounding tunes while walking through the crowded street. 

Tiana: na na na na (correct tune)

me: oh my gosh, you got it right!! 

and we both started trying to sing the first few lines while walking across the bridge. 

me: tiana, you suck. 

tiana gave me thumbs up on both hands while grinning happily. 

i mentally rolled my eyes.
