Monday, October 19, 2009 ( @ 9:47 pm ) saturday was the best though, coz we were lucky and heard good bands, and we got really good views because stef made us go all the way to the front. =]] i loved sunday though, because i got to hear kate miller-heike. omg...her vocal range is really....omg, i was so speechless, and i expected it!! hahah, but i loved her performance. and her song shake it didn't sound so funny when she sang it on stage. So, i listened to davy knowles and the back door slam, who were actually good, i liked the singer's voice, bertie blackman whom i also quite liked, a bit of pentagram, tigarah who was quite funny, especially when stef was telling us what she remembered from what tigarah sang, and of course electrico and then tata young before pearl, stef, me and harky went off to maya marsala for one of our dinners. and then on sunday, i heard a bit of tigarah again, then we listened to liuret, a bit of little red, vents and red ink, and red ink is really hardcore, i mean honestly. when he was singing, he actually spitted into the crowd. shuying and i were like 'omg' and then we scrammed. then we went on to dappled cities, kill devil hills and then art vs science where shuying, anns and i admired the drummer and the accompanying keyboardist. hahah, i had a secret wish of playing the drums. so i told shuying to play the keyboard, anns sing and i play the drums. but anns decided to play the keyboard as well. HAHAHAH, we can wish! =/ AND FINALLY KATE MILLER-HEIKE. then i stayed on to listen to a bit of the last acts before anns and i left to catch our train and bus respectively, though we kinda left a bit early. but it was overall, a fantastic weekend. although today, i may have blacklisted myself in front of gabriel moens, who's conveniently the dean of murdoch law. omgggg.....help? 3x3eunt. 0 comments |
