Friday, June 11, 2010 ( @ 8:30 pm ) i went for the guildford grammar mcb program today. well, basically guildford grammar is very interested in the jackson macdonald programme, so they requested for mcb members to go. so azlan, blake, daniel, michael and I agreed to go. it wasn't so bad. because we did have to mentor the kids who were there. (i say kids but they are actually in year 11 and 12 and i don't know how old that is) after that, we went to the chocolate factory!! hahaha, i was sooo tempted to buy the chocolates for uncle joseph and auntie doris, but find that old people tend not to want chocolates? oh well. i bought biscotti for them in the end. but i only bought one packet. i'm thinking it's a bit stupid buying only one packet now. =/ after that, we went to sanderson winery. =] we basically tried a whole list of white wine, red wine, sparklings, and port. hahah. i dumped almost every cup, coz i know my tolerance is low. but i kinda liked a few. i am thinking of trying to get some friends to go with me to swan valley at the end of the year so that i can buy some alcohol back for my parents. =]] but it was fun today. hahahaha. and i managed to pack my room and my luggage in 1 hour. but quite frankly, i already dumped some clothes in there so all i had to do was to fold them =] and don't forget my handy umbrella!! hahaha. btw, i'm not bringing my laptop. so message me pple if anything. =] and i'm begging you, please contact me so i don't feel so alone in a foreign place. =p 3x3eunt. 0 comments |
